Campaign Finance Laws

Political contributions are governed by campaign finance laws. Red Storm PAC makes its best efforts to ensure that all contributions made on the Red Storm PAC site are in accordance with these laws. Nonetheless, you have final responsibility for ensuring your own compliance.

For example: Red Storm PAC will not permit users to make donations larger than $5000 to any federal candidate. However, Red Storm PAC does not track users’ contributions through other avenues (e.g. fundraisers, candidates’ websites). Therefore you (and not Red Storm PAC) are responsible for ensuring that your total contributions through these different avenues do not exceed your contribution limits. If you are in a position to make these kinds of large contributions, please be careful and don’t give these campaigns’ accountants any more headaches than they already have.

Refund policy

Red Storm PAC follows contributors’ instructions in accordance with Federal and state laws, and disburses funds on a weekly basis to campaigns and committees.

Should you identify an error within a week of making your contribution, please contact us immediately. If we have not yet disbursed funds, we will reverse the contribution to the original card. If the funds have already been disbursed, you should contact the recipient(s) of your contribution(s) directly.
